Ingredients (100% Organic or Wildcrafted): Mullein leaf, Rose Petals, Lemon Balm, Motherwort, Hawthorn Berry
Suggested Use: Steep 1-2 TBSP in 16 oz of boiling water for a minimum of 15 minutes, sip and relax.
