The cleanse is 5 weeks long (1 week for preparation and then the 30 day cleanse). You and I will meet 1:1 three times during those 5 weeks.
- 60 minute Prep call the first week
- 90 minute Q&A and Healing session during the 3rd week
- 60 minute session on the last week to work on transitioning out of the cleanse
