These delicious little date balls are packed with nourishment, but also great for an energy boost and as paleo vegan dessert.  My family loves these in the fall and we keep them in the fridge for several days as a healthy go-to treat.  Try rolling them in cocoa, coconut, or cacao nibs!

Whole30, Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Grain Free

Ingredients:
2-2.5 cups chopped medjool dates or 24 oz

¼ cup soy free earth balance, avocado oil, or coconut oil
