Winter Wellness Tea
Mitten regularly designs teas for clients tailoring each blend and being mindful of the season with each herb choice. Mitten loves to use the synergy of these powerful herbs to elevate, enhance, and embrace the season. This Winter Wellness Tea from the Nourish + Immune + Calm line of teas is no exception. Rose hips and orange peel offer vitamin C, while ginger supports digestion, warms us up, and helps us disperse our food and herbs. The nourishing nettle is grounding and full of vitamins and minerals. Lemon balm is calming to the nervous system and anti-viral. The cardamom adds a delicious aromatic twist along with a warming element and is soothing to the digestive tract. This tea is fantastic with a bit of raw honey. To get the full potential of the wellness-promoting herbs, let the tea steep for at least 20 minutes, it's so worth it!
Suggested Use: Steep 1 - 2 TB in 8 - 16 oz of water for 20 - 30 minutes (ideally longer). Children should enjoy ⅓ of the adult dose.
