These products are all custom blends that I wish I would have received as a part of my healing journey. They have deeply nourished and revitalized my body.
Adrenal Love was the first product I made when I had severe adrenal fatigue. I made this blend to heal myself. Then a friend asked if they could borrow it - then they asked to buy it! So I started making these blends with homemade labels and giving them away as gifts or selling them to friends or neighbors. I wanted my community to receive safe, organic, revitalizing products as part of their own journeys to wellness. Each of these blends are mixed with creativity, intention, and love. They are stocked up in my medicine cabinet and I carry them with me daily for all of life’s adventures. |

Teas
Tea is a timeless and deeply soothing way to experience plant medicine and healing. Sometimes you may need help deciding which teas and herbs are the most nourishing for you and the Journey to Wellness team is here to support you! Mitten creates herbal tea blends that are energetically balanced, deeply nourishing, and potent, yet gentle. We recommend steeping for a minimum of 15 minutes and ideally longer to get the full herbal action of your tea!
Tinctures
Herbal Tinctures are a simple and effective way of getting the most out of plant medicine. With both water and alcohol as solvents, we are able to create powerful liquid plant medicines that are easy to absorb and work quickly within. They are also incredibly simple and easy if you are short on time! Our tinctures are prepared using organic fruit vodka (gluten free and corn free) and combined with raw honey to make a delicious elixir.
Essential Oils
Essential Oils are the strongest and most potent preparation of plant medicine. They are wonderfully effective and should be used with care! All of our essential oil blends are gentle and safely diluted with carrier oils to give the maximum safe benefit of this potent plant medicine.
Skincare & Salves
All of our skincare is gentle and deeply healing. We combine organic or wild-crafted herbal infused oils with organic essential oils to bring maximum healing potential to your skin and body.
