I would not be able to offer what I do to the community without the tireless effort and commitment from my amazing Journey to Wellness team! Here's some fun facts about the people that help make this possible.
Jamie ChamiI have been part of the Journey to Wellness team since 2021, beginning as an intern and then moving into a supportive role for students and clients. I’m an Herbalist that has been in the alternative health world for 15 years, spending the last 4 years focusing on Herbal Medicine. I’m passionate about Journey to Wellness’ mission of educating clients and our community on plants as medicine, food as medicine, and how they can implement these beliefs into their daily lives.
Jamie is also now accepting clients for Medicine Woman Consultations! These are a wonderful way to shift your nervous system and get recommendations to prepare for 1:1 sessions with Mitten. |

I started working with Mitten in April of 2020 as she expanded her business during COVID. I have 4 children and have been happily married for 25 years. My background in chemistry and a desire to support Mitten led me to the position of Production Manager. My knowledge and interest in natural ways to enhance wellness has grown by leaps and bounds in the last few years as I support Mitten and her clients by making a variety of products.

I first connected with Mitten in 2021 when I was trying to understand the root causes of breast cysts. I started doing monthly sessions with her, then nourish and restore, then medicine woman 1,2 and 3 first as a participant, then as a contributor, and finally interned with journey to wellness in 2024! My experiences with Mitten and Journey to Wellness have truly changed my life. I have spent the past 18 months immersing myself in herbalism school, Ma School (hands on belly and womb bodywork), Womb Wisdom School, and connecting deeply with the earth. I am so honored to join Journey to Wellness where I will be offering support for women who are ready to deeply connect with the tissues of their female bodies.

I've known Mitten for over a decade and we worked together when we were in the nonprofit world. I was so excited when she launched Journey to Wellness. When I started my marketing agency, we knew we'd work together again. I run The Marketing Handyman, where I help small businesses with their marketing and websites as well as serve as a business coach. I love how creative Mitten is with all of her offerings, from new products and recipes to the courses we create. Most of all, I love the community that surrounds Journey to Wellness and am honored to be a part of the team.
