Looking to step onto your Wellness Journey? Need love, support, and accountability? We'll start with a review of where you are and uncover your path moving forward.  Work with me to develop the best healing foods for you (plus meal plans and shopping lists), use therapeutic personalized essential oil blends, dig deep into emotional blocks and shift your energy towards wellness! This journey is an ongoing supportive experience and includes a minimum of two months work together.  Bi-monthly calls or meetings, as needed checks-ins, personalized herbal and essential oils blends, emotional clearing work and intuitive energy work as needed.

Healing Diets and Cleansing

Looking for support on a specific wellness concern or cleansing?  Needing guidance on which healing diets will most deeply serve you right now?An edited version of Wellness Consulting., Healing Diet Consulting gives you the tools you need to understand which foods will serve you and heal you.  Work with me to develop the right path for you.  We'll draw from GAPS, Paleo, Whole 30, Nourishing Traditions, Ayurveda, Raw, Vegan and more.  Leave with a clear path, menus, shopping lists.  We'll follow up a minimum of two times to support you on your journey.

Healing Teeth Naturally

Looking to heal your (or your child's) teeth naturally and avoid more fillings, drilling or dental surgery?  We'll start with a review of diet, lifestyle, energy, and gut health and create a supportive plan together using food, herbs, supplements, cells salts, homeopathy, clays, and much more!  Healing teeth naturally is possible, but it doesn't happen overnight.  Work with me to move out of acute tooth decay, into moderate tooth decay, and then into dental health.! Bi-monthly calls or meetings provide support the first two months and then we'll review once a month until teeth are healed or stable.
