A 3-day cleanse is short and sweet, but makes a big impact. It's an amazing way to re-set your energy, thought patterns, eating patterns and blood sugar response. This cleanse combines the mineral rich gut healing powers of bone stock, with the amazing liver cleansing power of fresh pressed green juice, and enzymatic power of raw sprouted almond milk. I often recommend the 3 day cleanse as a jump start to a 3o day cleanse. Other times, the 3 day cleanse is a wonderful way to get back on track after holidays or travel. You'll be amazed at how quickly your body responds to this incredibly nourishing and gentle cleanse. Here's what to do.... Ideally take 2- 5 days before starting to simplify your diet, nourish with whole foods and remove all grains, dairy and sugar. This will help prepare your body for this gentle cleanse. Days 1 - 3
Morning: Upon waking 1 glass warm filtered water with lemon or ACV (this will help jump start your digestion, metabolism and give a cleansing boost to your liver) Follow with 2 cups room temperature green juice, preferably freshly made (store bought cold pressed green juice will work). My favorite recipe is: 2 cucumbers 4 pieces celery 3 carrots 1 beet Spinach or kale 1/4 bunch parsley or cilantro You can use any combination of vegetables, but you typically need a base of cucumber, celery, or carrot (or a combination!) All organic if possible and avoid fruits. Only add green apple if you absolutely can’t tolerate the taste Mid morning: 1-2 cups warmed bone stock or almond milk (do not heat almond milk over 100 degrees) Lunch: 2 cups green juice or bone stock Afternoon: Bone stock or Almond milk Dinner: Green juice and Almond milk (green milk! Mixed to your liking) Tips: -Feel free to change the order of the drinks and change the combination around. -See what feels best and then have more of that! I find that I prefer more of the warmed almond milk and bone stock than I do of the juice when it’s cold and prefer juice and cold almond milk when it’s warm out. Really check in to see how you feel as you’re drinking it and after. -Consider making your almond milk golden milk, for improved absorption and digestion -The almond milk and bone stock are very stabilizing. If you really feel like you need some protein, take an extra cup of almond milk -You can’t really over do the bone stock. Don’t have more than 4 cups of almond milk per day or 4 cups of green juice per day HERE is the Wellness Mama link for the basic sprouted almond milk recipe! -I usually double this and fill two half gallon jars. If you don’t love almond milk and don’t think you’ll drink that much, then just make the single recipe. I find that I drink a lot of the almond milk and that it helps me feel nourished and stabilized during the cleanse. HERE is the Wellness Mama link for golden milk almond milk. Leave out the sweetener HERE is the Nourishing Traditions Bone Stock recipe -Welcome the symptoms and emotions! Allow space for them to rise up and let them know that they can process through your body and move on. -Enjoy gentle movement like yoga and walking, but stay away from more strenuous exercise. -Follow the 3 day intensive cleanse with a minimum of 10 days of GAPs diet (not intro) or Whole 30 Other oils or herbs that may be helpful: -Purification Oil Blend: Add to salt bath or bottoms of feet -Thieves Oil Blend: To boost immune system -Bentonite Clay: Must be food grade, Take 1 tsp in water an hour before or two hours after your drinks -Smooth Move tea if necessary -Mineral Salt for salt baths (minimum of one cup of salt in bath) -Lavender for anxiety Happy Cleansing!

Last 2016, I have my own supplier of my detoxifying juices which helped me lose some extra pounds that I have before. But now, I am very happy that I can now come up with my own cleansing juice according to my desire! We all know that most of the juices do not taste good. But your recipes you posted above seemed to be great though, that’s why I am very confident that the juices I will be able to come up to are both healthy and delicious at the same time! I cannot wait to try it!
