I am so thankful for my family, friends, and community and I love making amazing healthy food for family and friends on the holidays. The trick is to make gourmet, delicious food, that nourishes the body and soul, without adding sugar, toxins and inflammatory foods. My guests love joining us and don’t feel like they are coming over for a “healthy” meal. Here are several of my Thanksgiving recipes and a few from others that I love. I’m happy to finally be able to them put here all in one place! Each recipe is delicious, gluten free, and full of so many healing foods. The recipes here are mostly grain free, all are gluten free, and are processed sugar free. Much of this list is Paleo and GAPs friendly as well. It’s all super delicious and of course there's lot's of maple syrup. Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving!

![]() Green Bean Almondine is a classic recipe that is naturally grain free and incredibly delicious. This recipe is so yummy and incredibly quick and easy to add to your menu. It also adds a splash of bright green and crunch to the meal. The original vision for this recipe was from Primal Gourmet. I've added a bit more flavor and topping. Enjoy! ![]() It's hard to think of mashed potatoes without dairy! I used to love mine with extra butter and super creamy. The important thing with making non-dairy mashed potatoes is developing the creamy rich taste without the cream! These are delicious. You can make them and eat them or you can bake the mashed potatoes and add a nutritional yeast topping. We do both in our family! ![]() This little tart is so stinkin good. It's basically chocolate pecan pie, but the crust is only on the bottom like a tart or a cheesecake! No one can ever believe that it's full of nourishment, gluten free, dairy free, grain free, and sweetened with honey. I make this recipe year round and have replaced my Thanksgiving Pecan Pie recipe with this one. Serve with vanilla cashew ice cream. It's a dream! |
